Hi, I'm Diandra
I started as a creator and never stopped.
That’s where I learned how attention works, how identity spreads, and why most brands blend in.
Now I turn that into strategy.
I help brands find what’s true, build around it, and show up in a way people actually notice.
If you want to see what I still do, here's a look at me:
My Story
I didn't start in marketing. I started as a creator in 2008, on message boards, early Facebook, DeviantArt, and horror fandom forums, spending years figuring out in real time what makes people stop, pay attention, and care.
That's still the job. The audience is just bigger. I've built a 100K+ cross-platform horror audience from scratch, produced and marketed FredHeads, a documentary about the A Nightmare on Elm Street fandom, written a Fangoria cover story, and ghostwritten for a sitting state governor. Right now I run audience growth for a podcast brand with a 4M+ following, where I doubled Patreon activity.
Strategy came later. Instinct came first. I use both, because instinct doesn't scale, and strategy with no human in it doesn't connect.
Most brands don't have a content problem. They have a clarity problem. They produce more, chase more, and say more without saying anything different. I step in when the brand exists, but the identity doesn't land, when things feel unclear, inconsistent, or flat. I define what's actually true about you, shape how it shows up, and build the strategy and content people recognize and remember.
My background isn't linear, and that's the point. Creator, journalist, producer, strategist, across entertainment, logistics, education, VC, and nonprofit. I've been the team of one, and I've been part of the team. I know how things get made and how they fall apart.
I'm also chronically online, strategically. I track cultural shifts, platform behavior, and context so brands don't embarrass themselves or vanish into sameness. I use data as feedback, not as a leash.
I don't do safe marketing. If your brand feels like it's blending in, there's a reason, and it's findable.
